1. About Strategia Advizo

Strategia Advizo is an internship and educational consultancy platform that provides structured internship programs (including PragatiPath 360), institutional advisory services, digital learning solutions, HR consultancy, and compliance support across India.

2. Eligibility

  • Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
  • Students must be enrolled in a recognized educational institution where applicable.
  • Institutions and organizations must provide authentic institutional credentials.

3. Internship Programs (PragatiPath 360)

  • Internship IDs are auto-generated and uniquely assigned.
  • Certificates are issued based on program completion and evaluation criteria.
  • Submission of false information may lead to termination of participation.
  • Strategia Advizo reserves the right to modify program structure, duration, or evaluation methodology.

4. Educational Consultancy Services

  • Advisory services are based on institutional requirements and shared data.
  • Strategia Advizo does not guarantee admission, employment, or financial outcomes.
  • All strategic recommendations remain intellectual property of Strategia Advizo.

5. Payments & Refund Policy

  • Fees for internship programs or consultancy services are clearly stated before enrollment.
  • Payments once processed may be non-refundable unless explicitly mentioned.
  • Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted within the defined timeline.

6. User Responsibilities

  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Use the platform ethically and legally.
  • Not engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, training materials, certification formats, logos, and program structures are the intellectual property of Strategia Advizo and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Data Privacy

We collect personal and institutional data strictly for operational and certification purposes. We do not sell user data.

9. Limitation of Liability

Strategia Advizo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.

10. Modifications

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Patna, Bihar.
